The inspection will include looking at the paperwork and service history, checking all the consumables such as Chain & Sprockets, Brake Pads, Steering Head Bearings, Tyres, Wheel Bearings, etc, to give you an idea of what the motorcycle or scooter might need in the first months of ownership. In addition the Lighting and Electrical systems will be checked for potential issues and the motorcycle or scooter will be road tested (subject to owner agreement) and the engine checked for noises, fluid leaks and any other potential problems that could be a cause for concern. A Pre-purchase inspection can be an excellent bargaining tool and could potentially save a lot of time, expense and frustration.
